Shrinking Art
Use funky paintbrushes and new techniques to mix colors together to make a vibrant background; then twist, cut and draw on plastic pieces that will be shrunk with just a little bit of heat. Create a surreal scene by combining the background and the tiny, shrinking artworks for a dramatic shift in scale.
About Studio Classes for Kids
This series of drop off classes for 8-12 year-olds allows children to inspect artwork in the museum’s galleries and explore media techniques in the museum’s classroom.
